Abest Led Tech Co.,Ltd (Abest Led) Warrants
all its product and its accessories against defects in material and workmanship for a period of Two (2) year from ex-factory date. Abest will repair or replace this product with new or refurbished product or parts, at Abest led’s option, free of charge.
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase from an authorized seller (including Abest Led Tech Co., Ltd.) is required in order to perform warranty service.
All products bought from Abest Led Tech Co., Ltd. can be returned directly to Abest Led Tech Co., Ltd. If you bought Abest Led’s products from any other authorized dealer, they must be returned to that dealer in order for warranty service to be provided.
Before you send back the products for warranty service, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA number”) from Abest Led Tech Co., Ltd. Units shipped without an RMA number will not be accepted. The RMA number should be visibly marked on the outside of the package.
This warranty covers failures due only to material or workmanship defects.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of God, or modifications of, or to any part of the product, including accessories.
This warranty does not cover damage due to operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by Abest Led to perform service on this product.
This warranty mainly covers the power supply and leds and does not cover consumables such as PC tubes.
Abest Led Tech Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. All express and implied warranties, including warranty of merchantability, are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above.Out of warranty units, or damage not covered under the warranty, will be charged to the customer. Repairs will be performed upon receipt of payment.
Abest Led Tech Co., Ltd. specifically disclaims any and all liability, whether directly or by way of indemnity, for special, incidental, consequential or other damages, whether based on breach of contract, tort, strict or product liability, or any other legal theory.
